The triathlon will be held indoors and outdoors. The swim portion of the event will be held at Nicolet High School pool in Glendale (about a 8 minute drive to / from the bike (Milwaukee cycling center).The bike portion will be held on the Smart Trainers at Milwaukee Cycling Center in Glendale (using your own bike). The run portion will be held outside starting from the front of the Milwaukee Cycling Center on a marked course.

The event will be structured by heat times (based on your 750 yard swim estimates). First heat at the pool will begin at 7:00am. Bike and run heats will start to coincide with the finish of your swim heat and will allow proper transition time between facilities.

Smart Trainer Riding: The Milwaukee Cycling Center has graciously opened the doors to their state of the art Cycling center. You’ll enjoy riding your own bike on a simulated bike course designed specifically for this event. Gone are the days of racing on a stationary bike that isn’t setup for your build. All riders will ride on SMART Trainers connected to the Milwaukee Cycling Center computer system. You’ll have access to real time data on a large projector in front of you. How cool is that!
