Amy Fuhrmann will lead the swim workout and Matt Spence will provide underwater camera filming. During the workout, swimmers will move to the far lane as directed for the filming. After the workout, we will head to a room at the Y (still waiting to hear which room). Matt will set up the video to a laptop/projector and Amy will provide an evaluation of our strokes. Great opportunity to see our technique and what needs improvement.
