6th Annual Run Away to the Bay
Saturday, April 22nd – Waves at 7:00am, 8:00am and 9:00am

Run Away to the Bay is a 55 mile, 11-leg relay event. Teams provide their own support vehicle and can divide the race legs however they want as long as the entire distance is covered by the team. Teams are expected to exchange runners at each of the 10 designated exchange zones on the course.

Starting on the shores of Lake Winnebago in Menomonee Park in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, teams will start in waves beginning at 7 a.m. Start times will be determined by anticipated team pace. After the start, runners will then head north along the lake towards the Fox Cities before crossing the countryside of Calumet County and finally entering the Fox River Trail just north of Forest Junction. Runners will stay on the trail until reaching the waterfront finish line on The City Deck, in Downtown Green Bay
