DISTANCES
Half Iron: 1.2 mile Swim, 56.3 mile Bike, 13.1 mile Run
Sprint: 1/4 mile Swim, 18 mile Bike, 3.1 mile Run

Sean Ryan puts on an excellent triathlon weekend with incredible spectator support in beautiful Door County, Egg Harbor, Wisconsin.  The sprint is a fast and flat course while the half is a challenging course.  Mother Nature also likes to throw in her own challenges on occasion.

This triathlon should be on everyone’s list to do at least once.
