Wendy Petak, certified yoga instructor, will lead us in Yin yoga from 8:30–9:30. She will focus on areas specific to triathletes. Come and get some good stretching! Please bring yoga blocks and a yoga mat if you have them, small blanket or dry towel. We will have some yoga mats available if you don’t have one. Bring a brunch dish to share! Redline clothing will be available for purchase.
